TORONTO – Thunder Glove, Canada’s Premier Barbarian Band™, has unleashed its fifth album: BATTLE FOR THE PLANET OF THE DINOSAURS.
The new recording sees the barbarian warriors of Thunder Glove travel through time and space to a mysterious planet ruled by dinosaurs. Watch as mythical beasts attack Thunder Glove with claws of razor steel. Gasp in horror as a giant pterodactyl sweeps Thunder Glove to the top of Hell Mountain. Gaze in wonder as Thunder Glove prevails against a horde of blood-hungry beasts in the most thrilling album of 2025.
“Thunder Glove has vanquished many foes, but few enemies have put up as fierce a fight as the reptilian beasts we square off against in BATTLE FOR THE PLANET OF THE DINOSAURS,” said Greg Dalgetty, Thunder Glove’s founder and synthesist. “Dinosaurs are terrifying creatures that will stop at nothing to pick thine bones clean!”
BATTLE FOR THE PLANET OF THE DINOSAURS, available on all streaming platforms via Dungeonmaster Records, was engineered and mixed by Simon Head with album art by Tony Smerek. The new album features five tracks – “Brontosaurs, Lord of the Dinosaurs,” “Asteroids,” “Planet of the Dinosaurs,” “Island of Bones” and “Theme from Deathstalker II” – guaranteed to rouse listeners of all ages, shapes and sizes.
